How you join

Four steps.

  1. Get a code

Your child’s teacher gives you a one-time code.

  2. Link

Enter it in your account. It links you to that one child.

  3. Choose

Decide what XLNC AI may do for your child. Change your mind any time.

  4. Hear when it matters

After the teacher approves feedback you get a short note, for example “New feedback on Maths: 2 things to practise”.

House rules

What it always does, and never does.

Built in

  • You decide what XLNC AI may do for your child, and you can withdraw.
  • You see only your own child.
  • You are told only after a teacher has approved.

Left out on purpose

  • No draft the teacher has not approved.
  • No ranking against classmates.
  • No behaviour scores.
  • No report on your child’s private pause button.

Questions

Asked often, answered plainly.

How do I connect to my child?

Your child’s teacher generates a one-time code. Enter it once; it links your account to that child only.

Could another family’s child show up in my account?

No. An account sees only the child the teacher’s code linked it to.

Can I read my child’s conversations with Spark?

Not in our current plan. You see approved feedback and practice progress. If a school ever wants parents to see more, that would need an explicit policy, and older children would be told.

Does XLNC AI profile my child?

No. It does not label ability, attention, learning style or any diagnosis, and it shows no ads. Student work is not used to train AI.

Can I take my consent back?

Yes, in one tap from your account, as easily as you gave it.

What about my child’s data and Indian law?

We are building around India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act: your consent first, and no tracking or behavioural monitoring of children. We will not claim compliance until a lawyer and the school have reviewed the notice.

Where is my child’s data kept, and for how long?

That is not finalised, and we will not guess. Before any school goes live we will publish where data is kept, for how long, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
